Biodegradable glitter

As I've mentioned a few times, In Your Dreams have finally come out with their Biodegradable glitter in a stack of three colours. I keep on talking about it as I'm so happy that it's finally here!! I see I bright future where all glitters will be Biodegradable, but so far they can only do one size and just a few colours.

Vampy red

I have recently lost engagement in likes on Instagram, and I wonder why? I get more and more followers, but less likes. I'm thinking it could be cause people are following more and more people these days, a lot of people are on holliday and not on Instagram at the moment? Do you guys have any ideas?  Or suggestions on how to change it?

Tropical Party

I know I've been a lousy blogger this summer, moving website made things a bit complicated for me. But now it's all up and running so I'm back in the game!

I've also been working sooo hard this summer, haven't had any time off. But now I'm back in London and feel very inspired to do more looks and write more.

Lip Art: Lakrits

This lip looks like it has a salt licorice and raspberry flavour to it. I think I'm gonna start bringing in different sweets in to my lip shoots as well. Need to have a stroll in a sweet shop. I'm quite inspired at the moment, mostly to use props, or recreate different items into make up. I think it is because I've been away from home and seen nature and different places. I did this one so long ago, I can't remember what I used.

Lip Art: Darkest stone

I don't retouch my pictures very much, maybe I change the light and sharpness. That is cause I want you guys to see my make up work and not my retouch skills (as they are very poor). The second reason is that I hate computers and want to spend as little time in front of them as possible, and I'm very bad at retouching. Here I've Used

Black Core Crayon from LH Cosmetics

Nyx Suede Lipgloss in Foul Mouth, Oh Put It On, Subversive Socialite

Lipglass from MAC

Lip Art: Shine Bright Like A Dimond

Sometimes you can't force yourself to push your creativity a certain way, the best results are when you just follow your flow. This week I've done so many Lips and I keep thinking to myself that I should try something else, but I have so many ideas for lips, so why not just go for it when it's what my creativity wants to do?I keep thinking about creativity, how it works and how you get it. For me it always comes in waves, most after I've worked a lot, and I've had my rest. I need to unpack everything and make the entire flat into my workspace (sorry boyfriend) but i need to see everything, and that's how most of my ideas comes to me, I see it and want to try it out.

For some looks I don't want to tell you what I've used, not to keep it for myself, but to keep it a bit of a mystery of "how the hell did she do that" Does that make sense?

Lip Art: Face Lace

Face Lace is a company that basically make stickers suited for your face, to make your face into a masterpiece within five seconds. Face Lace is made by Phillis Cohen, a fashion illustratior and a make up artist. I've seen her on master classes a few times, she talks about make up and the face structure on a level I've never been close to. She's really cool, I really look up to her. New In: NY Liquid Suede

I have two new colors from NYX Liquid Suede, in colors LSCL22, LSCL18 The colors dry matt and doesn't dry out your lips, it's waterproof and long lasting. The pigments are great and you get great coverage, so it's easy to use. They come in 24 different colors.

These colours might not be what I would wear on a normal day, but it's great to have in my kit for different skincolors and for my lip art.

Lip Art: Galaxy

I've been away from blogging for a few weeks now, cause I've been so so busy with work. Last week I worked 68 hours over six days, wich is a bit intense. That's what my life always look like, dead one week and insanely busy the next, but I love it! Working really hard always get me motivated to work hard and inspired to do fun looks and try to get more work. Now I've had a few days off and recovered, so I'm back to the blog and gonna try to keep to at least get one post up a day. Here's a Lip Art I did today with a lot of different lip products and textures.

Kusama Lips

When we were in Tokyo we went to an amazing exhibition by Kusama's work from the very beginning to her later work. It was very inspiring as she's produced so much work over the years. My favourites are the infinity rooms, a rooms with mirror and lights so it looks like there's endless of lights. I love her work as it's very trippy but still so real. Kusama have suffered from hallucinations since a very early age and painting have helped her cope with them. Here I've done a Lip Art inspired by Kusama.

Classics to arty

A red lip can be so much. I always wear lipsticks as I have very pale lips naturally, and very often red. A red lip can be cute, old fashion, trendy, sexy, and arty. Here I've done a classic red ombré lip, but on a red smudge around the lip, wich makes it look very vampy. So depending on the rest of the make up, outfit and lighting the finished look can vary so much. All Products are from MAC
